Almost Christmas!

Not really!
Here I bring some news.

I've been saying on the previous blog entries that I've been working on another project besides The Girl in Red and American Jurassic, that's Basiliska by Carrogath!

I'm glad to say that all sprite art is done :D, and posibly only CGs and GUI is remain to be done and all art of the game will be finished yay!

About American Jurassic, now I been a little off the proyect because christmas was comming and I wanted to give presents to my family and consumerism etc...But I will be able to show some progress on the following months! Btw did you saw the Halloween drawings I did for AJ and TKOT?

Annd to end this  news entry I just wanted to say thank you again to the ones who are still playing my games, I'm sorry I'm not developing any of my personal proyects(yet) The last week I wrote a little bit of Eyes of Wilderness because I strongly felt that I needed to write at least a little bit.

For all the people who liked The Knife of the Traitor, I'm planning to have an small contest next year, luckly with phisical prices for both fanart and fanfiction category :D! (Yeah, that was the surprise I was talking about hehe)

News!

This is my important post!
As many of you, life has hit me with an iron glove(In the jaw, breaking my teeth. I bleed a lot)
So I questioned myself about many things, listing them would be boring and I will go down the
category of master whiner.

All I can say is the following:

I've been helping some folks of the VN medium as an artist, to fullify their projects. And because of this, I will have a long hiatus on my own projects. Hopefully I will go back to them soon! I been thinking on another projects to do because I really like the medium haha.

First, I offer my help to the developers of American Jurassic(Visit them!)
I thought to just color sprites or something like that, because I'm pretty insecure of my drawing abilities. But they encouraged me to do some sketchs for the sprite art. I think this project have a LOT of potential, that's why I wanted to be part of even doing something little. I'm very glad I'm helping as an artist, this will be totally a challenge worth trying and dying(Most posibly the last one)
So this are some sketches I've been doing, I won't show them fully because I don't want to ruin the characters updates haha. Have a little teaser!

There is also another project I've been helping out. Kaleidofish(Visit her!) kindly hired me for her upcomming visual novel The Girl in Red.(Should I capitalize those? orz) I'm a complete sucker for fantasy setting stories, they blow my mind when It comes to character creation.Gladly I can say almost all the sprite art is done(I'm on it!!) I will not show the whole sprites here too. This is an small teaser of them(with an stupid 3d filter :u)

Annnnnnd there is a third project I will be working on! But that's secret, I can't say anything yet! But I'm gladly waiting for the oportunity to say it.

Finally I want to thank you to all the people who is playing my games, Tkot reached 3791 downloads (pc)
526(mac) and 89(linux)...That`s a total of  4406 downloads!(Not counting the previous version dowloads and the German and French translations downloads!) I think thats a lot! I've never thought one of my games would reach such a great volume of people playing it! The Hurtfull Wall, even as a demo, got tons of downloads too(242) I've been preparing an small surprise! But I will not say anything yet! D:!

Where I am?

I'm here, and with that I'm refering to being at home.I been trying to get some commisions lately, but
I guess I'm not good at selling my things.
Well, let's talk about what you really care of: Games.

Eyes of Wilderness: So this is my big project, not big exactly on size, but in content.

I'm happy to see that people is seaching on google about it! I was very surprised because I've only mentioned...twice? outside the blog.

So this are my sprites, the first one is mr. MC(Vagabond, yeah he is very thin) on the next row there is Kina the bear(Like Kina Malpartida, a peruvian boxer ha..Don't punch me..:A: )And on the final row is this girl and I will not spoil more!

Please note that I'm only posting the pose sprites(the expresions goes over these sprites and they are a lot!)

The Hurtfull Wall: I had a mayor block on the resolution of the story. Because the explanation of what was happening was waayy to fantastic, and at some point I want it to be at least a little bit of belivable.I tend to center a lot more on character interactions and how they feel about that instead of developing the plot, and in THW I think its very notorious(apart of being inconsistency, the visual)
Anyway I'm planning to finish this! Have a little spoiler :D!

Luckly I wrote a considerably amount of words on Corvus child flashback.And to tell the truth, I'm kind of doubtfull If I will make it for the end of July, but you are totally going to get your game!

Its time to make this project see the light

Eyes of Wilderness will be a very short(8 000 to 10 000 words)
visual novel. Im giving all my might to make all the visual aspects
a little bit near to comercial quality, also Im doing my best to write
the most decent I could orz.
I asked Anarchy and Mink to help me on this one, so hopefully there will be no horrible
english from myself...orz
